  • Strong professional background in sales and customer service

  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Valid Driver’s License for Ontario
  • Valid OMVIC License
  • Experience with OneEighty, vAuto, and AutoAlert an asset

Responsibilities
  • Actively sell/lease new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Uphold effective processes and procedures to improve sales and profitability
  • Train staff to meet consumer needs and manufacture programs, as directed by Sales Manager
  • Ensure all department staff are licensed and trained prior to communicating with customers
  • Assist in closing all new and pre-owned vehicle sales with Sales & Leasing Consultants
  • Ensure that Sales & Leasing Consultants follow-up by telephone with customers seen, within 24-hours of the initial visit to the Dealership
  • Meet all predetermined sales targets and forecast
