Job Summary
Prosper Ford is seeking an experienced ASM to lead its sales team in Prosper, Texas. The successful candidate will ensure customers have a superior buying experience, lead sales teams to achieve high performance, and foster a positive work environment in the dealership.
Compensation & Benefits
The successful candidate will be eligible for compensation of $6,000 to $10,000 per month, paid semimonthly. Additional benefits may include future growth opportunities, dealership discounts, competitive health, and dental benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a successful sales team by recruiting, training, and motivating sales professionals
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Focus on Traffic Management and setting appointments for your team
  • Take turns and close deals
  • Prepare and present sales reports to upper management
  • Enforce dealership safety and security protocols

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in automotive sales IS A MUST!
  • Track record of success in sales and excellent customer service
  • Ability to oversee several processes simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency
  • A valid US driver’s license
  • Knowledge of the local automobile marketplace
  • Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software
