We’re looking for a driven, sales-focused leader to join us as an Assistant Sales Manager. In this role, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales results, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. • Lead by example on the sales floor — consistently achieving and exceeding personal sales goals
• Support Managers in tracking KPIs, analyzing results, and creating action plans to grow revenue
• Motivate, coach, and develop associates to become stronger sellers and brand ambassadors
• Drive upselling and cross-selling through strong product knowledge and customer engagement
• Partner with the Store Manager to manage scheduling, daily operations, and overall store performance
• Ensure visual merchandising standards maximize sales opportunities
• Help with onboarding and training new hires so they’re confident in selling and service
• Step into the Store Manager role when needed, ensuring consistency in leadership and results
