KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop effective and cost-effective outreach method to contact prospective customers for producing long-term business relationship.
  • Achieve the regional sales target for long term and short term goals.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business

WORKING EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 to 5 years experience in complex IT sales
  • Regional sales experience
  • Dealing with public sector agencies / ministries
  • Handling large scale tender

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Good Sales Track Record and Business Acumen
  • Ability to travel and adapt to new situation and environment
  • Able to present and pitch in front of large audience, and influence decision at smaller setting
  • Strategic mindset for the continuous advancement of goals
  • Good with numbers and Microsoft tools – spreadsheet and doc etc.

Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE(S)

A hunting sales position. The primary focus is to sell CrimsonLogic’s line of Solutions and Services to public sector customers in APAC region, or assigned geographic territory.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Derive strategies to achieve sales target for the region
  • Identify decision-makers in customers’ organizations, uncovering their unmet needs and influence them to choose and use CrimsonLogic Solutions and Services
  • Work close with marketing for innovative marketing approaches
  • Providing excellent customer service to our existing clients to retain the customer base
  • Participating in trade shows and industry forums for marketing and networking purposes
  • Identify and assess potential local partnership, for compelling synergy and alignment to strategic goal. Including the structuring of the partnership arrangement.
  • Structure complex solution deal in both technical and financial aspect, aligning with corporate policy and guideline.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned.
