As Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll be hands-on in driving our showroom’s success, working alongside the Sales Manager to deliver world-class luxury experiences. You’ll:

  • Support daily sales operations & strategy: Assist in planning sales initiatives, setting targets, and ensuring flawless execution.
  • Lead & train the sales team: Mentor, motivate, and coach staff to exceed individual and team goals while maintaining exceptional service.
  • Monitor performance metrics: Analyze KPIs, pinpoint growth opportunities, and deploy action plans.
  • Coordinate across departments: Work closely with inventory, service, and finance teams to optimize processes from intake to delivery.
  • Create a high-energy culture: Foster accountability, positivity, and teamwork that reflect the Wyant Group’s core values.
  • Engage customers from beginning to end: Guide clients through vehicle selection, financing options, and delivery with confidence and clarity.
  • Support deal closure: Help sales advisors overcome objections, negotiate terms, and finalize purchases efficiently.
  • Nurture client relationships: Build trust for future repeat and referral business.
  • Stay informed: Keep current on promotions, inventory, and market trends to leverage opportunities
