What you will do: 1.实施传统服务销售增长计划，负责服务销售签单并实现销售收入、利润率达成或超过保养合同订单、维修订单和零件的年度计划。 2. 执行和推动公司的销售价格政策和其他销售政策，以实现服务销售目标和利润增长。 3.通过SFDC系统，对销售业务机会、销售行为、销售产出等方面的管理，推动卓越销售管理，负责并实现每月销售目标，以及销售工程师个人的销售指标达成。 4. 持续提高客户满意度。通过客户满意度和持续改善提升客户体验，实现闭环管理。 5. 负责安全绩效和项目合规性。 What we look for: 1. 较强的销售领导经验，有能力实现销售增长计划，策略思考能力，必须有销售管理经验; 2. 领导管理销售团队，在订单和利润增长方面有良好的表现。 3. 较强的销售项目管理经验和商务谈判技巧。 4. 了解和熟悉服务销售解决方案，并能够带来一些新的服务解决方案以促进服务销售的业务增长。 5. 能承受工作压力。 6. 具备暖通空调/BAS基础技术或知识，熟悉暖通/楼宇自控行业，熟悉服务业务。 7. 需要良好的沟通能力。 Johnson Controls: Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings Your buildings have a purpose.
