Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Sales Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Marple. If you’ve got the ability to build strong client relationships, have an in depth awareness of property transactions, and an eye for innovative marketing strategies, then we want to hear from you! The role offers an attractive uncapped OTE of £28,000 - £30,000 that reflects your true potential.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Manager in leading, motivating and developing the sales team
  • Assist in achieving and exceeding branch targets and KPIs
  • Conduct valuations and win new instructions
  • Oversee property listings, viewings, and negotiations to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to drive performance
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to buyers, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal policies
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

  • Possession of a full UK driving license to help you navigate around our properties.
  • Minimum of 3+ years property experience.

  • Natural selling ability and flair for generating new business in a target driven environment.
  • A robust set of sales & negotiation skills.
