Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, is looking for a dedicated Assistant Sales Manager - Leisure to join their extraordinary team! Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park includes 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

We’re looking for an Assistant Sales Manager - focusing on Leisure segment with a track record of driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms, meeting suites and banquets.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Managing daily sales activities and coaching your team to deliver to their full potential
• Hitting all personal and team sales goals to help us maximise profitability
• Creating and implementing sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, food and beverage and banquet sales
• Producing and reviewing monthly reports to monitor performance
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and outside contacts

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in commercial or related field
• Two or more years of experience in a hotel sales setting
• Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required
• Locally available
