REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in retail sales or management roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Bilingualism is an asset but not required.
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing daily operations of the sales department.

  • Conduct training sessions for new hires on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
