Assistant Sales Manager – Lead and Grow with McGrath Powersports Location: Cedar Rapids, IA Compensation: $36,000/year base + Uncapped Commission Schedule: Full-Time | Tuesday – Saturday ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY McGrath Powersports isn’t just a dealership — it’s where passion meets performance.
