Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in office, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm. We support the Next brand, as well as licensed and direct brands within the wider Next portfolio.  Your Role This role is a great opportunity to join our dynamic team and support the team to drive sales across The Set within Next Sourcing. Your responsibilities will include monitoring current sales and market trends to identify new areas for growth, supporting the Sales team in daily tasks to help drive sales and product as well as collaborating with Product Teams to propose innovative ideas, and selling products with conviction to The Set customers. Additionally, you'll manage critical paths, assist with negotiations and troubleshoot when necessary.
