JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Sales Manager in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will play a key part in managing the sales team, ensuring that they are well-trained and equipped to meet their targets. Your strong organizational skills and customer service orientation will be essential in fostering a positive environment that encourages teamwork and success.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary education is required; a university degree is preferred.
- Must be highly detail-oriented and possess strong accounting and administrative skills.
- Previous experience in automotive sales (management experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Volkswagen vehicles and financing options is an asset.
- Valid OMVIC license and a valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,533.00-$100,515.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Support the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations, including sales strategy execution and team development.
- Monitor program receivables and ensure accuracy in commission deals.
- Handle administrative responsibilities, including sales documentation, accounting reviews, and compliance with dealership policies.
- Oversee deal processing, verifying all paperwork is accurate and properly submitted.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to sales representatives to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the finance and accounting departments to track sales performance and ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure a high level of organization in dealership operations and maintain compliance with company and industry standards.
