Description

A BIT ABOUT US:

At Pure, we’re passionate about transforming dogs’ lives through better nutrition. Born from a friendship between two dog-loving friends and a shared vision, we’ve grown into something truly special - a UK-based company that’s leading the pack in healthy, tailored dog nutrition.
We’re not just another pet food company – we put paws and people first with dogs and their owners driving our decisions. We craft healthy, perfectly portioned meals that delight dogs and keep bowls sparkling clean. But what really makes us different is how we support our pet families every step of the way. Through expert advice and personalised communication, we’re right there beside them on their journey of giving their four-legged family members the best possible life.
We’re obsessed with giving pets healthier, happier, longer lives through proper nutrition—and now we’re expanding our UK field team presence further.
We’re looking for a passionate, ambitious Assistant Sales Manager to support the delivery of standout customer experiences and supercharge sales performance at our weekend events. If you love leading from the front, thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment, and are hungry to make a big impact—this could be your moment. We are looking for a candidate with a strong sales background to help support and train out Brand Ambassadors in the field.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE…

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that sits at the heart of our weekend sales engine. You’ll be out on the ground at shows and stands (Friday–Sunday), leading a team of Brand Ambassadors, smashing sales targets, and making sure every customer walks away with a five-star experience. During the week (Monday–Tuesday), you’ll be in the Leeds office handling planning, rotas, logistics and reporting. You must have a solid sales background - with experience selling to customers in a fast-paced environment.
If you love the thrill of closing a deal, thrive under pressure, and enjoy leading by example—this role was made for you.
