Responsibilites Drive patronage of both High Speed Rail & Airport Express through collaboration with sales partners such as travel agents, third parties like scenic spots, hotels or intermodal transportation partners etc. to achieve sales target Formulate sales strategies to expand business sources and explore new partnership with industry players to tap incremental customer source Manage and collaborate with sales partners to ensure smooth sales process and good customer experience Expand the sales network for High Speed Rail and Airport Express in Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland and overseas in meeting the sales target Coordinate with the Chinese Mainland Railway partners to make the best use of High Speed Rail ticket inventory to capture maximum sales opportunities with sales partners Ensure the reservation and ticketing system for sales partners operate efficiently and effectively Monitor the system performance and propose alternatives for the change of system that would improve ticketing service Requirements Degree in Business Administration / Marketing, or a related discipline A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in marketing, business development and customer service Good analytical and modelling skills for conducting business forecast and market intelligence analysis and research findings Good communication skills for managing customer and partnering relationships Fluency in both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua as well as excellent command of written Chinese (Traditional and Simplified) Holder of a valid travel document to the Chinese Mainland Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
