• Assist in developing strategies to achieve sales targets and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and developing store staff. Motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure the team builds and maintains long-term client relationships through effective use of customer service techniques and clienteling strategies.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies. Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and ensure the store’s appearance aligns with brand guidelines.
• Assist in managing payroll budgets and other expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
