Description

Telemarketing Officer * Accountability: * Achieve sales target including cross sell target of all assigned products. * Always maintain good relationship with customers and high standard of service quality. * Handle customer enquiries diligently and efficiently * Cold call the leads given by Team Sales Manager effectively. * Comply strictly to CIMB bank’s policies, including all compliance procedures and guidelines. * Qualification & Experience: * Academic Qualifications: Preferably degree / diploma, credit in SPM English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics * Experience: * Relevant sales experience is preferred but not essential. * Age below 35 years old * Demonstrate sales performance excellence and possess strong passion for sales.

Responsibilities

The employee is responsible for achieving sales targets through effective cold calling and cross-selling assigned products. They must also maintain high standards of service quality while ensuring strict compliance with bank policies.
