ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting the Sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
  • Actively participate in sales presentations and negotiations.
  • Manage and monitor the tender process activities and maintain close contacts with customers.
  • Document relevant project information and maintain customers’ visit/activities log in CRM.
  • Attending to potential leads/clients and pricing matters

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
  • Address client needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Train and support partners to effectively market and sell Sennheiser’s products.

Sales Strategy Execution

  • Support the implementation of sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve sales processes and strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.

Collaboration & Training

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Sennheiser’s business communication portfolio, including conferencing, audio, and UC (Unified Communications) solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver product training, demonstrations, and presentations to partners and customers.
  • Work closely with marketing, technical support, and product management teams to align sales efforts with sales proposals/quotations, product launches and campaigns.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and products.
  • Conduct and support the technical team in product demonstrations to customers.
  • Conduct basic onboarding and training for new customers/partners.
  • Supports Sales Team in backend sales administration such as tenders, quotations, proposals.
