Description
This role require to lead a team in identifying new opportunities , provide market input to maximise the sales revenue. Job Scope: • Lead and supervise a team of sales professionals to meet defined monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives. • Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the building materials industry to expand market reach. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with designers, business owners, and industry influencers. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, and cold calling to open new accounts • Promote brand visibility by utilizing marketing materials and display tools in client-facing environments. • Conduct effective product presentations to stakeholders and potential clients to showcase products' advantages and salient features. • Gather and relay market insights to management for strategic decision-making. • Maintain accurate records by entering visit details, sample information, and client data into Salesforce CRM Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role within the building materials or architectural products with proven sales track record. • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal). . Experience in leading a team • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. . Preferably possess own transport Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pm
