We’re currently looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join the Toyota Team at our Warwick Farm dealership.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead the showroom sales team, ensuring productivity, professionalism, and adherence to company policies.
  • Support, coach, and train sales consultants to improve performance and product knowledge.
  • Support the Sales Manager with staff supervision, coaching, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Monitor and manage sales processes from customer greeting to vehicle delivery.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through effective conflict resolution and active engagement on the showroom floor.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Collaborate with finance, car care, service and other internal departments to streamline the sales process.
  • Track and report on showroom traffic, sales performance, and closing ratios.
  • Ensure proper display and cleanliness of showroom vehicles and promotional materials.
  • Stay current on inventory, incentives, promotions, and industry trends.
