  • Tech-savvy—comfortable with CRMs, reporting, and digital sales tools.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Assistant Sales Manager will play a key role in supporting and growing the sales division. This position is designed for someone who thrives in leadership, coaching, and organization while also rolling up their sleeves to assist with sales operations. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager and executive team to ensure consistent growth, smooth processes, and a motivated team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing day-to-day sales operations.
  • Train, coach, and mentor sales reps to improve performance and close rates.
  • Monitor KPIs, pipelines, and reports using company CRM tools (AccuLynx/AccuPay experience a plus).
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.
  • Step in on high-level client interactions, estimates, and negotiations as needed.
  • Coordinate with production and repair divisions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Help drive company culture and keep the team motivated and accountable.
