The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, coupled with in-depth technical knowledge of gear systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth, build long-term customer relationships, and work closely with engineering teams to provide technical solutions Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities in industrial sectors, establish client relationships, and drive sales of gearboxes, gear motors, and related products. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Technical Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on gearboxes and gear motors, including product selection, application guidance, and troubleshooting support. Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product campaigns, technical brochures, and presentations tailored for target industries. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars to showcase products and solutions. Sales Strategy Implementation: Assist in planning and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and monitoring performance metrics. Provide regular reports and market insights to senior management. Coordination with Engineering: Work closely with the engineering and production teams to understand product specifications, customization requirements, and technical feasibility for client projects. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities and recommend product enhancements. Team Collaboration: Mentor and support junior sales staff, sharing industry knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in achieving revenue targets. Excellent marketing skills and experience in industrial product promotion. In-depth knowledge of gearboxes and gear motors, including applications, specifications, and troubleshooting. Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and product manuals. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Proficient in CRM tools, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office Suite. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. 5–14 years of relevant experience in sales or business development of gearboxes, gear motors, or similar industrial products.
