Responsibilities

WHY THIS ROLE

WonderFil Specialty Threads is expanding across Canada and the US. We’re looking for an Assistant Sales Manager who can organize a growing team, turn data into decisions, and help execute plans that drive revenue—while keeping our standards for service and brand education high.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead day-to-day team operations for a sales group of ~5–7, fostering a consistent cadence of activity and results
  • Host weekly sales meetings: set agenda, capture minutes, publish action items, and follow through
  • Build and coordinate quarterly business plans; support campaigns and territory execution
  • Analyze CRM data to monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy; deliver weekly/monthly reports
  • Liaise with US and international teams to align pricing, programs, and timelines; support key accounts as needed
  • Uphold CRM hygiene and improve sales process/enablement materials
  • Consolidate market and customer feedback to inform product and training priorities
  • Act as a right-hand support to senior leadership on coaching, escalations, show planning, and program rollouts
