• Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion or garment industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple sample requests and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
• Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Knowledge of sample development processes and understanding of garment construction.
• Familiarity with sample management software or database systems is a plus.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee the complete production order process, from order placement to final deliveries to BDC.
• Monitor and manage order status, proactively addressing delays or issues.
• Managing all operational and administrative functions to ensure smooth operationin sample room extension
• Preparation of sampling order forthe sampling tailors – receive style techpack from the designersand explain style requirement and style detailingto sampling master (sampling in- charge) andpattern master. Also explaindesigners’ comments on samples to sampling head and tailors.
• Looking into quality aspect of the samples or production in SRE
• Following up sampling processes end to end - trims and fabrics,prints / embroidery in SRE
• Sample Management is criticalaspect of the job; Keep track ofallincoming and outgoingsample.
• Implement and maintain stringent quality control processes.
• In-depth understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Photographing the new season’s collection for internal documentation.
• Sample room administrative duties which may related to HR, procurement and other department.
