Responsibilities: Provide IT technical support to SONAM faculty, staff, and computer labs Manage classroom multimedia and PC systems Maintain asset list for laptops, PCs, printers, and multimedia equipment Type departmental memos, reports, and formats Book spaces for daily post/pre-conferences, extra classes, meetings, seminars, and workshops Raise catering requests for official events Submit online payment requests Submit daily online transport requests for SONAM students' clinical activities Lodge complaints with the maintenance department Perform administrative activities as assigned by the coordinator Provide logistical support during SONAM events Submit online purchase requests for IT accessories Provide administrative support during examinations Requirements: You should have: Intermediate education level 3–5 years of relevant work experience Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good verbal and written communication skills Skilled in secretarial tasks and administrative procedures Ability to maintain confidentiality Capable of working independently Excellent time management skills Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
