We are a family-owned seafood market seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operations and supporting staff with strong leadership.
• Maintaining product quality and presentation, including setting up and managing the seafood case.
• Ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
• Opening the store and assisting with closing duties as needed.
• Checking in deliveries

What we’re looking for:

• Prior seafood or retail food experience preferred.
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and strong teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work major holidays (including Dec. 23, Dec. 24, and New Year’s Eve).

Schedule:

• Typically 5 days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays off, but flexible).
• Time and a half pay on Sundays
• Flexible scheduling with notice
