Responsibilities
  • Oversees subordinates in training, performance monitoring, Lost & Found procedures, and ensures timely reporting and resolution of security-related matters.
  • Maintains and ensures the proper functioning of security systems and equipment such as CCTV, alarm systems, radios, and key management systems.
  • Conducts investigations, prepares reports, safeguards company assets, and communicates security intelligence and updates to the team.
  • Performs daily checks of hotel premises and security systems, reviews patrol and incident reports, manages supplies, and ensures SOPs and directives are communicated effectively.
  • Periodically reviews and tests SOPs, security systems, and departmental files, while ensuring all administrative and operational standards are upheld.
  • Coordinates safety and security training programs, conducts audits, handles special investigations, prepares reports for management, and builds cost-effective staffing rosters.
