• Support and represent the Security Manager in all security-related matters
• Lead, train, and motivate the security team to achieve departmental goals
• Ensure implementation and compliance with all FLHSS guidelines (Fire, Life, Health, Safety & Security)
• Develop and conduct training initiatives in the areas of emergency management and safety
• Coordinate emergency response plans, including evacuations and crisis management
• Act as the point of contact in emergency situations and coordinate internal and external communication
• Analyze and follow up on incidents such as accidents, losses, or security breaches
• Collaborate closely with senior management to report critical events
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and development within the security team
• Conduct regular briefings, audits, property checks, and security inspections
• Oversee compliance with key control policies and manage CCTV and access control system
• Monitor movement of goods on the premises to prevent loss
• Promote cross-departmental collaboration to enhance overall safety and security standards
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Committee
