AMK is hiring an Assistant Service Manager (Service Advisor) for a leading German automotive dealership in Oakville. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring every client receives exceptional service while supporting smooth day-to-day operations in the service department.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers, provide assistance, and build lasting relationships
  • Coordinate service appointments with clear cost and time estimates
  • Record and document customer concerns accurately on repair orders
  • Monitor repair progress to ensure quality and timely completion
  • Explain completed work and upcoming maintenance to customers
  • Assist with vehicle pick-up and flag any additional issues
  • Share updates on parts, warranties, and repair status
  • Support smooth shop operations and overall customer satisfaction
  • Take on other tasks or projects as assigned by management
