Responsibilities

As a Assistant Service Manager at Canning Vale Toyota, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the best service experience. Your proven leadership ability will enable you to coach our team of advisors to ensure they are on track to achieve the departments objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the coordination of service operations, guiding the scheduling and dispatching of work to optimise team productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor service advisors and technicians, promoting a culture of continuous learning, teamwork, and high performance.
  • Uphold and champion service quality standards, ensuring all vehicles are returned to customers in peak condition.
  • Support the resolution of customer concerns by coaching staff through challenges and intervening directly on complex issues where required.
  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring their concerns and needs are addressed promptly.
  • Manage service appointments, dispatch work orders to technicians, and oversee the entire service process.
  • Provide guidance and support to service advisors and technicians, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
  • Ensure service quality standards are met, and customer vehicles are returned in optimal condition.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
