Location: You’ll be working across two services based in Pwllheli and Tudweiliog, Gwynedd
Hours: Full time 37 hours per week (includes weekends and sleep ins)
Salary: £27,224pa and our sleep-in shifts at £60 per night and our travel expenses is paid 45p per mile
Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities

In this role you’ll be working alongside the Service manager to ensure a safe and caring service for the people we support and our colleagues. To do this successfully, you’ll be visible in the day-to-day operation of 2 services locally supporting duties in line with the requirements of the people we support, all of whom have various needs. You’ll be working shifts on a rota basis which will include sleep ins. In the absence of the Service Manager you’ll have responsibility for the day to day running of the service. This will involve providing leadership and management to the team, monitoring performance, carrying out one to one’s and appraisals and holding team meetings. Personal care is involved as part of this role.
