Responsibilities
- Support the Service Department by identifying coaching and development opportunities across the team.
- Assist Service Advisors with complex diagnostics and help communicate technical issues to both staff and customers.
- Identify knowledge or productivity gaps and collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and performance.
- Organize the shop floor and parking areas to maintain safety, accessibility, and smooth workflow.
- Assist the leadership team in supervising Technicians, reviewing repair quality, and ensuring dealership standards are upheld.
- Conduct reviews of all shop comebacks with the relevant Technicians to promote continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in automotive retail as a Service Advisor.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- Able to work independently with close attention to detail.
- Previous management experience is an asset.
- Bilingual in French and English (required).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
