Responsibilities

  • Support the Service Department by identifying coaching and development opportunities across the team.
  • Assist Service Advisors with complex diagnostics and help communicate technical issues to both staff and customers.
  • Identify knowledge or productivity gaps and collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Organize the shop floor and parking areas to maintain safety, accessibility, and smooth workflow.
  • Assist the leadership team in supervising Technicians, reviewing repair quality, and ensuring dealership standards are upheld.
  • Conduct reviews of all shop comebacks with the relevant Technicians to promote continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in automotive retail as a Service Advisor.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
  • Able to work independently with close attention to detail.
  • Previous management experience is an asset.
  • Bilingual in French and English (required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
