Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: As the Assistant Service Manager, you will be the driving force behind our exceptional service department. Inspire and motivate a team of talented service advisors, technicians, and support staff to deliver top-notch service to our valued customers. Lead by example, fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Your mission will be to ensure their satisfaction by providing outstanding service and building strong, long-lasting relationships. With your exceptional communication skills and genuine desire to exceed expectations, you’ll be the go-to person for resolving any customer concerns and turning them into raving fans.

  • Service Operations: Take charge of service department operations, optimizing efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Coordinate and prioritize service appointments, ensure accurate work estimates, and manage the workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance. With your eagle eye for detail, maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring every vehicle leaves our dealership in pristine condition.
  • Training and Development: Nurture the growth and development of your team members through ongoing training and mentorship. Foster a learning culture that promotes individual success and encourages personal and professional advancement. Help team members stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry trends, keeping our dealership at the cutting edge.
