We’re looking for a skilled and service-focused professional to join our team as an Assistant Service Manager. With a salary range of $55,000–$75,000 annually, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on teamwork, operational coordination, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting daily operations and helping our service department run at its best. Opportunities are available in our Truro and New Glasgow locations.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Service Manager with the daily operations of the service department
  • Act as a liaison between front-line Service Advisors and Technicians, ensuring clarity and efficiency in communication
  • Assist in dispatching work to technicians, monitoring shop flow, and ensuring repair timelines are on track
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Coach and support Service Advisors in delivering best-in-class service and documentation
  • Monitor key performance indicators (like RO timelines, CSI scores, and upsell rates) and bring forward opportunities for improvement
  • Step in to support the front counter during high-volume times or absences, as needed
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, hospitality, and proactive problem-solving within the service team
