Description
We are looking for a dynamic & result-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Service Manager.  The primary focus of this role is to lead a Team of 3-4 Service Sales in achieving the sales target assigned for the year.  He / She should be able to build & maintain existing client relationships by promoting and selling our equipment maintenance services.   The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.    Your new role  Coach and lead a service sales team for CPE contracts renewal.  Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization  Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with assigned customer under public utilities, banking and finance sector by paying courtesy visits, phone calls and / or regular reviews   Conduct thorough research on potential clients and their industry to understand their equipment maintenance requirements  Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting HKT’s edge on maintenance services  Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and service technicians, to ensure accurate understanding of customer needs and smooth service delivery Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, while ensuring profitability for the company To succeed in this role  Degree holder in business, marketing or a related discipline is preferred  Proven track record in sales, preferably in the equipment maintenance service Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and achieve targets  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly  Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset  Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders  Good organizational skill and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines  Strong in both spoken and written English and Chinese   Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Service Executive
