Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a service advisor High school diploma or higher education Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Responsibilities: Assist Service Manager with all duties Account for all documents, process all paperwork, and compile required reports Ensure all shift work is completed prior to close: drop off work is pre-written and ready for business the following day Work to eliminate carry over jobs. Track and address reasons for incomplete work. Responsibilities

The Assistant Service Manager will support the Service Manager with all duties, including processing paperwork, compiling reports, and ensuring all shift work is completed for the next business day. Key duties also involve tracking incomplete jobs, assisting customers with service explanations, and maintaining a strong customer follow-up system to boost satisfaction and repeat business.
