Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a service advisor High school diploma or higher education Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Responsibilities: Assist Service Manager with all duties Account for all documents, process all paperwork, and compile required reports Ensure all shift work is completed prior to close: drop off work is pre-written and ready for business the following day Work to eliminate carry over jobs. Track and address reasons for incomplete work.
