WE HAVE AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR A FULL TIME, PERMANENT ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER TO JOIN OUR SERVICES IN THE HUCKNALL AND MANSFIELD AREAS. THIS POST IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO DEVELOP YOUR SKILLS AS AN ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER.

Mencap delivers high quality personalised support to people with a learning disability and their families. Leading dedicated teams of Support Workers, you will be an energetic and confident Assistant Service Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to develop your skills and experience, working alongside the Service Manager. You’ll assist in people management and development across the service teams. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality of our service delivery and ensuring that we are always improving. You will be self-motivated and determined, you should have a passion for positive change and the confidence to make difficult decisions under pressure.

Your working week is flexible covering 7 days per week and will include working weekends. Flexibility is the key for both the individual and Mencap.

  • An enhanced DBS will be required for the successful candidate
