JOB DESCRIPTION Johnson Genesis of Cary is seeking a qualified Assistant Service Manager to join our team of professionals. The Assistant Service Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the Service Department operations, Customer satisfaction, and advisor training, ensuring that the department meets the necessary objectives while creating and implementing action plans. The Assistant Service Manager will be required to assist running an efficient and profitable Service Department through productive staffing, customer retention, and achievement of objectives, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of dealership experience and have excellent customer service skills. Candidate must be able to work well under pressure, self-motivate and have a drive to succeed.  Experience: . Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of dealership experience; · An active and valid driver license and good driving record, background and drug test; · Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment; · Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively; · Ability to communicate orally and in writing with various levels of internal and external customers; · Have strong organizational skills and be extremely detail oriented; · Have the ability to work individually and in a team environment; · Professional demeanor; · Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements.
