ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER

Due to continued growth Powertrain Products Ltd, Allison Transmission’s sole UK
Direct Dealer, are looking to recruit an Assistant Service Manager, based at our Willenhall Head Office.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in the Motor Trade Industry sales & service sector to join a fast paced, successful team.

DETAILS OF SKILL, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Proven experience in a sales & service role within the Motor Trade industry
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience of creating and processing orders and invoices
  • Excellent problem solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous recent office sales and service experience is essential
  • Most importantly we are looking for reliable driven individuals who have the desire and motivation to be successful.
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    Our core office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5.00pm.

    Pay: £39,000.00-£41,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming B2B telephone and email sales and service enquiries.
  • Booking engineers visits on in-house software
  • Responding to enquiries and finding solutions to customer issues
  • Liaise with the production team to track the progress of your sales to completion
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment
  • Support in-house sales admin team
