  Your Role: Responsible for executive support for internal VIP users on:  Desktop hardware, Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, Office, Outlook, NAS Storage and networking both in the required location. Provides weekly reports included incident, problems and project status reports Responsible for VC support to meeting if requested. Manage and update windows PC built and update PC configuration to ensure all system are up to date Manage VMware & HCI updating and coordinated with Vendor. Coordinate with Group Office for any troubleshooting, system enhancement, and project implementation Skills on supporting tablet or smart phones, and computer Identify, resolve and escalate business issues as appropriate Monitoring Network performances (LAN and WIFI) Provide after office hours on-call support Deliver executive support for special events Negotiate with vendors and suppliers    To Succeed in this role: Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or other related disciplines or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience. Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience of: Windows and/or Mac, Microsoft Office, M365 & UEM , networking,  hardware/software maintenance and repair. Familiarity supporting remote customers using tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Teams. Good to have Knowledge of Storage and Network. Must have knowledge of VMWare and Windows platform. Demonstrated problem-solving, customer service skills, confidentiality, organization, prioritization, troubleshooting, proficient written and verbal communication.
