We’re currently hiring an Assistant Share Plan Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave in our People team. Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

This role is responsible for the delivery of successful equity compensation outcomes. Working closely with the Head of Global Share Plans and a network of agency Plan Managers and vendors, the role encompasses all the key elements of global equity compensation. This includes contributing to the production of compliant, yet engaging plan materials, providing accurate and timely reporting, as well as supporting the grant and vesting of plan events. The role would suit someone looking to deepen their experience of equity compensation in a complex global organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting the Head of Global Share Plans in successfully delivering equity compensation plans to WPP people across our network.
  • Acting as subject matter expert for our global Plan Managers; people in our networks with local responsibility for data management and payment processing.
  • Managing operational plans to ensure that milestones are met and key events are delivered.
  • Contribute to the development of plan communications to ensure that our global equity compensation plans are engaging and informative for participants.
  • Managing risk in the countries in which plans operate, through understanding of the compliance landscape and and taking action to mitigate risk.
  • Producing accurate and timely reports for stakeholders, including Finance, Treasury and Company Secretarial teams.
