Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary. Assistant Shop Manager Duties: * Manage daily shop operations, including timely opening and closing on manager’s days off. * Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings. * Assist the store manager in all aspects of store management. * Monitor and train new employees. * Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. * Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment. * Communicate effectively using Microsoft Outlook and Teams. * Handle cash and inventory management. * Assist in monitoring and tracking shop performance goals. Requirements: * Must be 18 years or older. * Valid driver’s license required. * Reliable transportation is necessary. * Ability to work Sundays.
