AS AN ASSISTANT SHOP MANAGER, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Supporting the Shop Manager to run a thriving, purpose-driven store.
• Rolling up your sleeves on the shop floor and behind the scenes—no two days are the same.
• Creating a warm, inclusive shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.
• Leading and developing a dedicated team of volunteers, from induction to day-to-day support.
• Helping drive sales and fundraising to support life-changing work in the community and beyond.
