ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER

Location: Glasgow (site-based)
Salary: From £35,000 per annum (negotiable DOE) + 10% quarterly bonus
Hours: 39 hours per week (full-time)

We are currently delivering 2 high-end bespoke properties in Glasgow and are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Site Manager to work along side our Project Manager on this exciting project. Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Manager in the day-to-day running of the new build site
  • Assist with supervising on-site operatives and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards
  • Help maintain site records, including progress reports, health & safety documentation, and daily diaries
  • Ensure compliance with all site health & safety policies and procedures
  • Contribute to site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and the project team
  • Monitor materials, deliveries, and logistics to maintain smooth site operations
  • Carry out site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets specifications and building regulations
  • Assist in identifying and resolving any on-site issues or delays
