Description San Marcos Academy serves students in grades PreK-12th grade. The mission of San Marcos Academy is to educate young men and women within a nurturing community based upon Christian values. More information about the school can be found at www.smabears.org. San Marcos Academy is currently seeking applicants for an Upper School Assistant Softball Coach. This is an excellent position for individuals seeking to coach/work in a Christian environment that supports professional and spiritual growth. The position is part-time (stipend only). Responsibilities Include: Running daily practices 4-6:30 p.m., Monday-Thursday, 3:30 - 5:30 p/m. Friday and some Saturday practices or/ games Attending all practices and games Driving team to games Serving as a role model for players and other students Compensation: Stipend Position Start Date: As soon as possible Requirements Required Qualifications: A Christian testimony A passion for working with young people A passion for coaching (softball experience preferred)

Responsibilities

The Assistant Softball Coach will run daily practices and attend all games. They will also be responsible for driving the team to games and serving as a role model for players.
