Azuma is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Assistant Sommelier to support the wine program at our vibrant and sophisticated Japanese restaurant. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining the wine program, with a strong focus on administration and daily operations. Key responsibilities include managing stock levels, handling orders and invoices, maintaining cellar organisation, and ensuring wine systems are up to date. You will also be active on the floor, delivering thoughtful wine service and mentoring junior team members.
