WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ASSISTANT SOMMELIER FOR OUR GALLERY CASUAL FINE DINING RESTAURANT

Earnings start from £14/hour + automatic increase after 6, 15 and 24 months in the role
Working hours : 40 to 50 hours per week
The Gallery Restaurant Wine list comprises of 1000+ references including rare wines that get opened regularly. Frederic Brugues, our Wine Director was awarded the “Legend” award by Top 100 Sommeliers in 2025 and has won best UK wine list on several occasions.

In the Gallery Restaurant that serves afternoon tea and a la carte Dinner ( 3 Rosettes ), you will take care of the ordering and service of wines in one of the restaurant Sections.
Together with our international team of Sommeliers, you will develop your knowledge and expertise to grow into a Sommelier Role.
