Job Description We are seeking a passionate and professional Assistant Spa & Wellness Manager to join our luxury resort team. In this role, you will lead the team in achieving operational excellence while driving both short- and long-term goals set by the Director of Spa & Wellness. As a true ambassador of our brand, you will uphold the highest standards of service, professionalism, and guest care, while contributing to the strategic vision of our world-class resort. Lead daily operations of the spa and wellness facilities, ensuring efficiency and excellence. Adhere to Spa Policies and Standard Operating Procedures. Represent the spa brand values with professionalism, building strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders. Drive guest satisfaction through quality service and frontline engagement. Support strategic initiatives to market and enhance the resort’s wellness offerings. Oversee administrative duties, scheduling, and booking channel efficiency. Train, coach, and motivate spa reception and attendant teams. Conduct guest quality training to maintain world-class standards. Ensure effective communication and welfare across spa teams and other departments. Maintain a professional appearance and protect the property’s reputation at all times. Qualifications Diploma or Degree qualified in Massage Therapy or Beauty Therapy Minimum 2 years’ experience within a luxury 5 star Spa within a hotel/resort Diploma or Degree qualified in a Health Science/ Wellness Modality High standard level of Grooming and presentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills Demonstrated excellence in guest service and team leadership Additional Information Why Join Us?
