We are currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Spa Supervisor with plenty of experience who can assist in leading, training and developing our amazing team of therapists.
Reporting to out Spa Manager, you will be required to lead our team of therapists, manage the diary and perform beauty treatments.
You need to be Beauty Qualified to min level 3 and previous leadership experience is essential, ideally one year minimum.
We are privileged to be set in stunning Oxfordshire countryside, the resort offers 52 bedrooms, a restaurant, 3 bars, room service, 7 function rooms, health club, spa, performance gym, driving range, Sunning Lakes and a 9 Hole Golf Course.
Having comprehensive knowledge of all Beauty Treatments the Spa is offering. Being able to provide all beauty treatments. To ensure consistency with service. Carry out departmental training of new therapists and ensuring current therapists are performing correctly. Checking stock/ ordering. Attend or undertake interviews and team meetings. Act as a role model ensuring great customer service and professionalism is of highest standards, whilst ensuring all revenue possibilities are capitalised.
