Our ideal ASM will understand the necessity of collaboration and guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication, and cooperation. Responsibilities: Overcome objections during the sales process and increase the membership base. Lead, manage, and motivate multiple teams of employees, including massage therapists, estheticians, and front desk associates. Oversee front desk operations and all activities related to sales. Ensure that each guest receives outstanding customer service by provided a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service. Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accounting at Point of Sale registers. Assist in training new team members and continually evaluate and react to performance issues. Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, address customer dissatisfaction, resolve service complaints. Ability to work independently as a key holder, opening and closing the store, managing inventory, cash drawer, etc. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization at all times. Provide training, and foster a positive work environment. Assess employee performance, providing feedback and coaching to enhance skills and productivity. Drive sales through strategic leadership, tracking, and reporting. Maintain compliance with all Hand & Stone policies and procedures in addition to the local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Requirements: Proven experience in leadership, with the ability to drive results through a team. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Time management and organizational skills. Passionate about the spa industry and committed to delivering the highest quality of service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
